Dereck Palermo—owner of Grow Green Weed Control and a proud firefighter—founded the company to bring reliable, high-quality lawn treatments to homeowners across South Louisiana.

We built our service around Louisiana turf and weather. That means centipede, St. Augustine, zoysia, and bermuda programs that account for heavy rain seasons, soil compaction, high heat, and our particular weed and fungus pressures. We use university-supported products and rates, and we document every visit with clear notes so you always know what was applied and why.
