Our year-round lawn program includes eight planned visits, generally about six weeks apart. Timing may shift with weather and turf conditions. These are seasonal treatment visits, not eight identical fertilizer applications or heavy nitrogen feedings during dormancy.
How does monthly pricing work?
Your annual eight-visit program price is divided into twelve monthly payments. Monthly billing does not mean a monthly treatment. Service is month-to-month with no long-term contract; your estimate explains your property’s price, included services, and terms before you approve.
Why does Grow Green use liquid fertilizer?
Liquid applications let us deliver measured treatments and adjust nutrient inputs for the season and lawn. Compatible treatments can be coordinated when appropriate. Results still depend on the product, application rate, grass type, and growing conditions; liquid is not an automatic guarantee of better results than every granular option.
Is weed control included, and does it cover flower beds?
Lawn weed control is included through seasonally timed pre-emergents and targeted post-emergents. Flower-bed weed control is a separate service that can be included in your estimate. Difficult or persistent weeds may need continued management or a separately scoped treatment.
Should I water or mow after treatment?
Follow the specific watering and mowing instructions in your service notes. Timing depends on what was applied; some products need watering in, while others need time on the leaf. Do not use a blanket watering rule for every visit. Contact our team if you are unsure.
Will fertilizer fix brown patches or thin grass?
Not necessarily. Moisture problems, shade, mowing stress, insects, disease, and soil conditions can also affect your lawn. Tell us where the problem is and how it developed. We can review the concern and recommend the next step; fertilizer cannot bring dead grass back to life.
Do I have to be home for service?
Usually not, provided we have access to the scheduled treatment area. Please unlock gates, secure pets, and tell us about access restrictions or sensitive areas. We provide visit notes and any specific aftercare directions.
When can children and pets go back on the lawn?
Keep people and pets away from the treatment area during application. Follow the specific re-entry instructions provided for the products used. Do not assume every visit has the same waiting period.
What if I see a problem between visits?
Contact our office and describe what you are seeing. We will review the issue, determine whether it falls within your lawn program, and explain the appropriate next step. Some problems require targeted treatment or changes to mowing, watering, or drainage.
