1. Acceptance and scope

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of growgreenweedcontrol.com, including its pages, forms, features, and links (collectively, the “Site”), as well as your participation in the Grow Green Weed Control text-messaging program.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Your purchase or receipt of lawn-care services may be subject to a separate written estimate, service authorization, customer agreement, or account terms. If a separate service document conflicts with these Terms concerning the services you purchased, the separate service document controls.

2. About Grow Green Weed Control

Grow Green Weed Control provides lawn fertilization, weed control, and related lawn, ornamental, and outdoor pest services in our South Louisiana service area.

3. Acceptable website use

You may use the Site only for lawful personal or business purposes connected with learning about, requesting, receiving, or communicating about Grow Green Weed Control's services.

• Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized information.

We may restrict or discontinue access to the Site when reasonably necessary to protect the Site, our customers, our business, or others.

4. Quote requests and service information

Submitting a quote or contact form does not obligate you to purchase services and does not obligate Grow Green Weed Control to provide them. A website submission is a request for review, not a final price, service agreement, or guarantee of availability.

Website descriptions, examples, starting prices, service-area information, schedules, and recommendations are general information and may change. Final pricing and service recommendations may depend on property size, turf type, condition, access, location, selected services, and other relevant factors. A price or service becomes binding only when confirmed through the applicable written estimate, service authorization, or customer account process.

Lawn and plant outcomes vary because they are affected by weather, watering, mowing, soil, turf or plant condition, pest pressure, prior treatments, product limitations, customer cooperation, and other conditions outside our control. Nothing on the Site is a promise of a specific outcome unless that promise appears in an applicable written service document.

5. SMS text-messaging terms

Program description and consent

When you affirmatively opt in, you consent to receive SMS or MMS messages from Grow Green Weed Control at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include estimate notifications and follow-ups, appointment reminders, scheduling messages, technician-arrival notifications, service updates, billing or account notifications, and customer-support communications. We will send only messages consistent with the consent provided at the point of opt-in.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your quote activity, scheduled services, account status, and communication needs. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message. You may also revoke SMS consent by contacting us at (225) 461-3199 or office@growgreenweedcontrol.com. We will honor valid opt-out requests promptly. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.

Opting out of text messages does not cancel your lawn-care services, alter amounts properly due on your account, or prevent us from contacting you through non-SMS methods when permitted by law. You may opt in again through an available consent method.

Delivery and carrier responsibility

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers and messaging availability may change.

Your mobile number

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and are authorized to consent to messages at that number. Please notify us if your number changes or is reassigned.

Mobile-data privacy

Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. 6. Site content and intellectual property

The Site and its original text, graphics, photographs, logos, service names, designs, videos, downloads, and other content are owned by or licensed to Grow Green Weed Control and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and print reasonable portions of the Site for your personal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, license, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

7. Customer portal and third-party services

The Site may link to or integrate with a customer portal, mapping service, payment processor, review platform, social network, or other third-party website or service. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A link or integration does not mean we control or guarantee that third party. Use third-party services at your discretion and review their applicable policies.

8. Website disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that every item of Site content will always be complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grow Green Weed Control and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising solely from your access to, inability to access, or use of the Site.

This limitation concerns the Site and does not replace or expand any rights, obligations, limitations, or remedies contained in an applicable customer service document. Some laws do not allow certain limitations, so these limitations apply only to the extent permitted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning only the Site or these Terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Louisiana, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
