Centipede, St. Augustine, bermuda, and zoysia need different care. We consider sunlight, moisture, and mowing along with the grass type when choosing nutrition and weed-control treatments.

How is lawn treatment priced and billed?
Your estimate is based on the measured treatable lawn area, property conditions, and selected services. The annual eight-visit program price is divided into twelve monthly payments. Monthly billing does not mean a treatment every month.
Do you offer free service calls?
Yes. Contact us if a weed issue appears between visits. We review the lawn and whether the concern is covered by your active program. Covered service calls are provided at no extra charge; any separate specialty treatment is explained and priced before you approve.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Service is month-to-month with no long-term contract. Your estimate explains the recommended service, price, and terms before you approve.
Is liquid fertilization appropriate for centipede?
Yes, when the fertilizer, rate, timing, and conditions fit the grass. Centipede has lower nitrogen needs and a naturally lighter green color. We adjust nutrition to the lawn; applying more fertilizer is not always the right way to improve it.
Is weed control included?
Yes. The program includes seasonal weed prevention and targeted control of existing weeds. Products and timing are selected for the grass, weed species, and conditions. Persistent weeds may need ongoing or additional targeted care, which we review with you.
How soon will I see results?
Response varies with the weed species, grass, temperature, rainfall, and condition of the lawn. Some weeds begin responding after treatment, while persistent problems can need repeated or specialized care. We explain what to watch for in your service notes; lawn density also depends on consistent care and appropriate maintenance.
Can you handle dallisgrass?
Dallisgrass is evaluated for a separate specialty plan. Let us know where it is growing and choose the dallisgrass option on the quote form. We explain the recommended scope, timing, and price before you approve.

Do I need to be home, and how should I prepare?

When can children and pets return to the lawn?
Keep people and pets away from the treatment area during application. Follow the specific re-entry directions provided for the products used. A single waiting period does not apply to every treatment.
Can I add fungus, insect, fire ant, or other services?
Fire ant service, flower-bed weed control, tree and shrub care, core aeration, and liquid aeration are separate services we can discuss with your estimate. Seasonal insect and disease care follow the lawn program’s scope. Additional targeted treatments may have a separate price, which we explain before you approve.
